Berlin

The business will maintain a team of three employees throughout 2026 and 2027, consisting of two shop employees and one barista. With each employee's monthly cost amounting to €3,260, the total monthly employer cost in Berlin will be €9,800.

Paris

Operations will scale up with the launch of the 2027 season, employing four staff members, including two shop employees, one barista, and one security guard. The combined employer costs will total €14,730 per month, reflecting the higher costs associated with operating in a major fashion capital.
