  3. Flagship Store & Storage The finished products arrives in the flagship store. It is labeled, stored, and prepared for distribution.

  4. E-commerce & Marketing Content Creation Marketing efforts ramp up, including photoshoots, photo and video editing, content creation for e-commerce platforms, social media, and promotional campaigns.

  5. Collection Launch on E-commerce & in the Flagship Store The official launch happens both online and in the flagship store, making the collection available to customers.

  6. Marketing & Social Media Post-launch, marketing campaigns continue to drive awareness and engagement. This includes digital ads, influencer partnerships, and organic social media efforts.

  7. Sales & Community Interaction Customer engagement is key, with brands focusing on sales performance, community-building activities, and direct interactions with buyers.

  8. Next Season Focus & Analysis Finally, the team analyzes sales data, customer feedback, and overall performance to prepare for the next season’s collection. Insights from this phase feed back into step one, starting the cycle again.
