Ownership and Equity Rights

Investors will receive shares in the company proportionate to their investment, granting them ownership and a share of future profits.

Transfer of Shares

• Right to Sell Shares: Investors will have the right to sell their shares to another party (subject to legal and contractual restrictions).

• Right of First Refusal (ROFR): Before selling shares to a third party, investors is required to offer them first to the company or other existing shareholders.

• Tag-Along Rights: If a majority shareholder sells their stake, minority investors have the right to join the transaction and sell their shares under the same terms.

Information Rights

Financial Transparency and Access to Records: Investors have the right to access key company records and documents to stay informed about its operations.
